As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW), I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and build tools for meaningful change.

My approach is holistic and individualized, combining Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients reframe negative thoughts, improve emotion regulation, and develop healthier coping skills.

This combination of modalities helps clients to connect with the parts of themselves that need healing, foster self-compassion, and build a more positive sense of self and emotional well-being.
